Surya Foundation is an Indian charitable trust established in 1992 and headquartered in New Delhi, India. The foundation was founded by industrialist and Padma Shri awardee Jaiprakash Agarwal.[1] The organization works in areas including rural development, youth development, education, naturopathy and yoga, and environmental initiatives.
History
Surya Foundation was established in 1992 as a charitable trust to undertake community development initiatives across India. Over the years, the foundation has expanded its activities through village-level programs, educational institutions, and training initiatives in multiple states.

Rural and Village Development
The foundation conducts village development programs, including sanitation drives and community outreach initiatives.[2]
