Studio Gambit (Studio Gambit Sp. z o.o.) is a language service provider headquartered in Gdańsk, Poland. Founded in 1992, the company offers translation, software localization, and desktop publishing services, specialising in Central and Eastern European languages. It has been listed in the Eastern Europe regional ranking by CSA Research (formerly Common Sense Advisory) every year since 2011.
History
Studio Gambit was founded in Gdańsk in 1992. From its inception, the company focused on projects combining translation with technical support, including software and documentation localization.
The company received ISO 9001:2008 certification, noted in MultiLingual magazine.[1]
The company has been a member of the Polish Association of Translation Companies (Polish: Polskie Stowarzyszenie Biur Tłumaczeń, PSBT) since at least 2011.[2]
Studio Gambit has been included in the Diamenty Forbesa (Forbes Diamonds) ranking of fastest-growing companies in Poland, published annually by Forbes magazine.[3]

CSA Research (formerly Common Sense Advisory) has included the company in its Eastern Europe regional ranking every year since 2011.[4][5][6][7][8][9] Slator has listed Studio Gambit in its annual Language Service Provider Index since 2020.[10][11] Nimdzi Insights has included the company in its annual rankings since 2025.[12][13] The Warsaw Business Journal annual Book of Lists ranked Studio Gambit among the top five largest translation companies in Poland by revenue in 2013[14] and in 2nd place in the same category in 2017.[15]
