History
Stoneridge Partners was originally established in Fort Myers, Florida to advise owners of home-based care agencies on business sales and acquisitions.[4] In 2015, the firm's headquarters were relocated to Louisville, Kentucky.[5] In 2019, the firm launched the Stoneridge Strategic Consulting Group, a division focused on operational planning and strategic guidance for healthcare providers.[1][6]
Operations and Focus
Stoneridge Partners provides advisory services to both sellers and buyers of post-acute care organizations.[7] The firm's analysts and advisors have been quoted in independent publications for commentary on private-equity activity, reimbursement dynamics, and consolidation trends shaping the home-based care industry.[8]
Industry Recognition
Industry publications such as Home Health Care News and Hospice News have quoted Stoneridge Partners analysts in coverage of home health, hospice, and behavioral health mergers and acquisitions.[8][9][10]
Leadership
Stoneridge Partners is led by Ben Bogan and Joe Lynch, who serve as partners and managing directors of the firm.[11] Bogan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Economics from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and previously worked as an attorney, including roles as an assistant district attorney for the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office and Assistant District Counsel for the United States Army Corps of Engineers.[12] Lynch has more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including work in mergers and acquisitions, finance, regulatory compliance, and business operations within a major health system and via the home health and home care companies he founded and operated prior to joining Stoneridge Partners.[13] Both executives have been quoted in industry publications discussing trends and outlooks in the home health and hospice mergers and acquisitions market.[9][13]
