Comment: The text of this draft essentially says this organisation is not notable. As it stands the guidance is in WP:SIRS and the lack of independent reliable sources of the organisation (as opposed to people involved with the organisation, and non reliable sources like Trustpilot) means that this isn't in a position to be accepted. Sparx Reader was launched in 2022, followed by Sparx Science in 2023, forming it's current main suite.[5]
In 2023, it launched the Sparx Maths Curriculum, a free curriculum for secondary schools in the United Kingdom, which it claims covers the entire KS3 national curriculum and the GCSE specification for mathematics.[5][7]
It closed HegartyMaths in October 2023, claiming it made the decision in 2022.[5]

Sparx Maths is a mathematics educational technology website developed by Sparx Learning. It was released in 2017, and is licensed to schools.
Sparx Reader
Sparx Reader is an online tool used by schools as reading homework. It was released in 2022. Students first complete a small assessment to help Sparx recommend books to read online on the same platform, and once the student picks a book, they can start their assignment. After reading a certain amount of the book, the student is asked 4 multiple-choice questions and if they are answered correctly, the student can continue. Each section of a book gives a certain amount of Sparx Reader points (SRP) and if the questions are answered correctly on the student's first attempt, they will receive a First Try Bonus which is usually more than the standard amount. Students have to repeat this until they have enough SRP to complete the task. If students read more than their task, they will receive points towards a Gold Reader Pass. This allows them to add their own books to Sparx Reader.
Sparx Science
Sparx Science is a learning platform providing homework for school students. Launched in 2023, it is the most recent addition to the Sparx Learning roster. Homework consists of multiple question sets and flashcard sets which must be fully completed.
Reception
Criticisms
Many students using Sparx products believe that the platform is really bad.[8] Many reviews state that there is too much homework, that the videos are low quality and that little mistakes make students have to repeat questions over and over again, thus the incredibly low rating on Trustpilot. One Trustpilot review by Matthew Benton states:
"Sparx Maths is, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating, soul-crushing websites ever to plague the internet. Marketed as a tool to help students improve their maths skills, it instead feels like a never-ending punishment disguised as education. From its rigid question structure to its lack of flexibility, the site seems purposefully designed to drain every ounce of joy and motivation from learning. It’s not just bad - it’s a complete disaster for anyone hoping to enjoy or even tolerate their maths homework."
