Softbinator Technologies is a Romanian software development company headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. The company provides custom software development services for international clients and is listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CODE.[1] The company operates in software development and IT services, working with clients in the United States and Europe. [2]

Types of services

The company is providing AI-enhanced software development services, building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using AI capabilities, building international teams, building AI-driven solutions, AI adoption services for software development companies, as well as AI/ML development, product design and marketing. Building Minimum Viable Products allows for turning ideas into software products using tools that support faster delivery and access to an early version that can be tested with users. Softbinator Technologies is building international teams across EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Brands and enterprises need AI-driven solutions and the company is building and integrating tailored solutions. Above and beyond the AI-enhanced engineering practices across all the development processes, expert AI/ML engineers are part of the teams when needed to leverage machine learning algorithms for prediction purposes, as well as automating development and processing using AI-enhanced approaches. The teams can be composed of product design and marketing colleagues with AI-enhanced capabilities, depending on needs. [3]

History

Softbinator Technologies was founded by Daniel Ilinca, who started developing technology projects during his university years, together with Marius Băisan, Alex Dianu and Andreea Popa. [4]

In 2020, entrepreneur Andrei Pitiș joined the company as chairman through Simple Capital.[5] Softbinator Technologies was listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange in December 2021, following a private placement through which it raised approximately 6 million lei.[6]

Acquisitions and investments

Softbinator Technologies has expanded through acquisitions and investments in the IT sector. In 2021, the company acquired WiseUp, a Romanian software development company.[7] In 2022, Softbinator Technologies acquired Espresoh Tech, a software development company based in Timișoara.[8][9]

International expansion

Following its listing, Softbinator Technologies announced plans to expand internationally, including opening an office in Silicon Valley.[10]The company has also signed contracts with international clients, including firms based in the United States.[11]

Financial performance

As a publicly listed company, Softbinator Technologies reports its financial results periodically. Romanian business media reported revenues of approximately 26.3 million lei in 2025.[12]
