Snoots is a members-only veterinary clinic group based in London, United Kingdom. Founded in 2022 by Jonathan Moyal, it offers unlimited primary veterinary care for a flat monthly membership fee across several clinics in London.[1][2]
Business model
Snoots operates on a subscription-based model in which members pay a recurring monthly fee in exchange for unlimited primary veterinary care, with no per-visit charges.[1] As of 2026, UK membership is priced from £27 per month on a two-year plan, £30 per month on an annual plan, or £33 per month on a rolling monthly basis.[3]
Membership includes unlimited in-person and remote consultations, vaccinations, diagnostics, dental treatment, neutering, travel certificates, and access to the clinical team via messaging.[1]
The company focuses on primary care, with specialist, surgical and emergency care provided through referral partners. Founder Jonathan Moyal has described this focus as central to keeping costs predictable, drawing an analogy to the role of a general practitioner within a tiered healthcare system.[4]
History
Snoots opened its first clinic in Islington, London, in 2023.[3] The business subsequently expanded to additional locations in London, including London Fields, Bounds Green, Acton, Balham, and Forest Hill.[3]
Reception
Snoots has been covered in the veterinary trade and business press. Vet Times featured the company in a 2024 article examining subscription-based models in the veterinary sector.[1] Retail Times covered the design of its clinics in 2025,[2] and Moyal discussed the business model on the Veterinary IT Services podcast in 2025.[4] He also appeared on Sky News to discuss veterinary care costs in the United Kingdom.[5]
