Ryan Terry (born 17 November 1988) is a British professional bodybuilder and fitness model. Terry's professional bodybuilding career began in 2013 with his win.[1] at the Arnold Amateur Classic Europe in the Men's Physique competition.
Career
Early beginnings (2010 – 2013)
Terry started his bodybuilding career in 2010 with the Mr. Great Britain competition, aged 21.[2] Before turning pro, Terry worked as a plumber and gas engineer in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England.[3]
Professional career (2014 – present)
Winning his pro card at the 2013 Arnold Amateur Classic, Terry competed in various shows. Placing as high as 2nd at the 2016[4] Mr. Olympia and various 1st place finishes at IFBB pro shows before finally taking the Olympia title in 2023, Terry has won consecutive Olympia titles in 2024 and 2025.
Personal life
Terry married Amy Lewis on 13 April 2019[5]. Lewis and Terry have two children, a son and a daughter.
Aside from bodybuilding, Terry maintains an active social media presence on Instagram and YouTube where he discusses health and fitness. Terry owns and operates his own gym, RT Fit, in Retford, Nottinghamshire, England[6]
