Rotector is a browser extension for Roblox safety warnings. It displays safety indicators next to users across Roblox and analyzes profiles, friend networks, group memberships, avatar outfits, and condo server activity. The project describes itself as an independent safety tool and says it is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. ^[1]

Rotector presents itself as a real-time warning system for Roblox. The official site says it gives instant safety warnings about inappropriate Roblox users before interaction. The site also says its data tracking started in March 2025 and frames the project around gaps in Roblox moderation. ^[2]

The Firefox listing have labels such as Flagged, Confirmed, Mixed, and Past Offender. Rotector is available on Chrome and Firefox. The Chrome Web Store listing says the extension is published by the owner of the listed website, follows recommended practices, has a 3.1 rating from 178 ratings, and shows 30,000 users. ) ^[1]

The GitHub repository identifies the project as a browser extension that integrates with the Rotector system to help identify inappropriate users on Roblox. The repo says the project is community-driven, GPL-2.0 licensed, and includes build instructions for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. ^[4]
