Red River Payroll is a payroll service bureau headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, founded on April 1, 2018 by Steve Hobbs. They offer a wide variety of workforce management services, including payroll processing, tax compliance, time and labor management, paperless onboarding, garnishment processing, health and retirement benefit management and much more. Specializing in serving small businesses under 200 employees, they promote a unique combination of personal service and world class technology. They are a privately held company with approximately 10 employees at their Tulsa office.
