Pride World City is an integrated township development located in Charholi Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The township, spread across approximately 400 acres, is being developed by Pride Group, an Indian real estate developer with projects in Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore.[1]
According to CNBC TV18, Pride World City was launched as an integrated township project aimed at residential and mixed-use urban development in North Pune.[2]
History
Pride World City was launched by Pride Group as a large-scale township project in the Charholi area of Pune. The development was planned as a mixed-use township comprising residential projects, commercial spaces, educational infrastructure, retail developments, and recreational facilities.[2]
The project forms part of the broader residential and infrastructure expansion occurring in North Pune, particularly in areas surrounding Pune International Airport and emerging metropolitan infrastructure corridors.
Location
Pride World City is situated in Charholi Budruk in the Pune metropolitan region. The township is located near Pune International Airport and has connectivity to areas such as Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Vishrantwadi, Dhanori, Alandi, and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
The surrounding region has witnessed residential growth due to proximity to employment hubs and infrastructure development across northern Pune.
Development
The township includes multiple residential projects developed in phases. Residential clusters within the township include Wellington, Boston, Montreal, Miami, and Soho.[3]
According to the developer, the township includes residential towers, internal road infrastructure, landscaped open spaces, retail developments, and community infrastructure intended for mixed-use urban development.[4]
The township also includes recreational and clubhouse infrastructure along with sports and community facilities developed for residents within the project premises.
Educational infrastructure
In 2025, Global Indian International School announced the establishment of a smart school campus within Pride World City in Charholi, Pune.[5]
According to the institution, the campus would offer CBSE and international curriculum programs in Pune metropolitan region.
Events and community initiatives
Pride World City has hosted community-oriented events and public engagement activities within the township premises. In 2026, the township hosted "Casa Carnival", a residential showcase and customer engagement event organised by the developer in Charholi.[6]
