In late 2024, Premium Guard relocated its headquarters from New York City to Memphis, Tennessee.[7][8]
In mid-2025, Premium Guard opened a 377,000-square-foot distribution center in Weirton, West Virginia, designated as a Foreign Trade Zone.[9] In the same year, Premium Guard entered into a joint initiative with Procter & Gamble to produce Febreze-branded cabin air filters.[10]
