Comment: No substantive improvement since the last time it was declined (just adding a primary source). Of the remaining two sources, one is rather brief. If there's no coverage since the 2014 date of those sources, it's unlikely that the topic is notable. PhillyVoice is an online news publication covering Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 2014 by businessman George Norcross, a former co-owner of the Philadelphia Inquirer, and daughter Lexie Norcross.[1][2][3]
