Career

Music management

Malkoun began his career in the music industry in Montreal in the mid-2000s, joining the team at Lone Wolf Entertainment. In 2009, he became a full-time manager for Canadian recording artist Karl Wolf.[2]

Under his management, Karl Wolf released music internationally. Malkoun has also worked with other artists, including Craig Smart and Lebanese-Swedish singer Eylie.[3]

Hockey Lebanon and sports leadership

In 2015, Malkoun founded the Lebanese Hockey Association — later known as *Hockey Lebanon* — to develop ice hockey, roller hockey, and ball hockey programs for Lebanese athletes and diaspora communities.[4]

The organization supports Lebanese participation in international competitions, including the ISBHF World Ball Hockey Championship.[5]

Additionally, Hockey Lebanon has contributed to growth in Lebanese hockey and expansion of the sport in the region.[8] NHL.com also noted Lebanon’s role in *raising the profile of hockey in non-traditional countries*. [9]
