Netenrich, Inc. is an American multinational cybersecurity company, based in San Jose, California. Founded in 2003, the company provides managed detection and response (MDR), security operations, and data analytics services.
History
Netenrich was founded in 2003 by Raju Chekuri, after his previous company Velio Communications was acquired by Rambus and LSI Logic.[1][2][3] Netenrich initially provided IT infrastructure management and network operations center services, later shifting to security operations and MDR services for managed security service providers.[4][5]
In 2010, Netenrich acquired Simply Continuous, a data protection service company.[6]
In 2014, the IT operations software vendor OpsRamp was spun out of Netenrich.[7] OpsRamp was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in May 2023 and its IT operations management platform was integrated into the HPE GreenLake platform.[8]
In 2019, NetEnrich merged with cybersecurity SaaS company ThreatLandscape. Chekuri continued to lead the merged entity, while ThreatLandscape CEO Praveen Hebbagodi became the CTO.[9]
In 2022, Netenrich released its Resolution Intelligence platform.[10] The same year, Netenrich became a partner of Google Cloud Security, with Resolution Intelligence being integrated with Google SecOps and Mandiant.[11][12]
In 2025, Netenrich partnered with GuidePoint Security, a cybersecurity advisory company.[13]
Operations
Netenrich is headquartered in San Jose, California, with offices in Dallas, Texas,[14] and in the Indian cities of Hyderabad, Bhimavaram, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.[1][15]
