Manku Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian agricultural machinery manufacturer headquartered in Samana. Founded in 1982, the company designs and manufactures heavy agricultural equipment under the brand name Vishal.[1] The company is one of the largest producers of Combine harvesters in Northern India, with an annual revenue of approximately ₹575 crore as of 2025.[2]
History
The company was founded in 1982 by Sukhwinder Singh Manku as a regional manufacturing unit.[3] It was formally incorporated as a private limited entity in February 1999. To meet expanding demand, the company established a second manufacturing facility on Sehajpura Road, Samana, complementing its original plant on Bhawanigarh Road.
In 2021, an industrial delegation from the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) recognized the company for its adoption of CNC technology and automated manufacturing processes in the agricultural sector.[4]

Manku Agro Tech Pvt Ltd produces a wide range of machinery specifically engineered for different soil and crop conditions:
Combine Harvesters
- Self-Propelled: Notable models include the Vishal 435 Brisk (multi-crop), Vishal 495 President (4WD), and the Vishal 435 Corn Collector for maize harvesting.[5]
- Track-Type: The Vishal 248 Dolphin and Vishal Grain Care are axle-flow harvesters used in paddy fields where high ground clearance and low soil compaction are required.[6]
- Tractor-Driven: Models designed to be mounted or driven by traditional agricultural tractors.
Agricultural Implements
The company manufactures post-harvest equipment including the Vishal ECO Super Seeder, mulchers, and rotavators, which are utilized to manage crop residue and assist in reducing stubble burning in the Punjab region.[7]
Testing and Certifications
The company's machinery undergoes standardized performance evaluation at the Northern Region Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute (NRFMTTI) in Hisar, Haryana.[8] Its products are also listed in the national directory of crop production machinery manufacturers.[9]
