MAXStreamTV (formerly Groovia TV, UseeTV, IndiHome TV) (stylized as MAXSTREAMTV) was a first television service created by IndiHome, It is a pay television service that's provides a new experience. Viewers doesn't only watch TV channels, In additional there are quality shows that can be watched by viewers, and MAXStreamTV added some features that are not in some other providers, including Video Recorder, Pause & Rewind TV, VOD, and much more. MAXStreamTV has some variety of selected channels more than 150.[1]
History
As Groovia TV (2011-2014)
In 4 June 2011, Telkomvision, now a defunct television satellite by IndiHome, launched a IPTV product called "Groovia TV" which was bundled with Telkom Speedy and would continue to be developed for mobile television devices, value-added service, and interactive contents. This made Groovia TV attractive due to no other subscription television used this system at that time. In addition to interactive television on demand, Telkom also launched the internet television site product called Groovia Lite for access from notebooks, tablets, mobile phones, and other gadgets. However, the subscription price at the time was still relatively expensive and only for middle to upper class.
As UseeTV (2014-2022)
On 15 February 2014, Groovia TV changed its name to "UseeTV", while still being managed by Telkom. Meanwhile, TelkomVision was bought by Trans Corp and rebranded to Transvision. This made UseeTV no longer a part of the Telkomvision service and after that only a few exclusive channels were managed by Telkom because it had became a part of Transvision. However, UseeTV continue to develop in 2015 with a 4K resolution hybrid box supported by over-to-top services, Then again adding High definition quality channels in 2016 and exclusive channels starting in 2017, as well the use of Android TV STB starting in 2020.
As of August 2022, UseeTV has subscription integration with a total of 14 OTT services and 262 television channels in standard and high definition resolution.
As IndiHome TV (2022-2026)
On 14 December 2022, UseeTV changed it's name and rebranded to IndiHome TV.
