Matthew Ryan D'Elia (Italian: [duh'leah]; December 16, 2002 - current, known professionally as lockharrt is an Italian-American rapper and singer/songwriter. He is the founder of Mello Vibes Records, and is credited as the first artist to get both Goner and SpaceMan Zack on the same album.

Born in Long Island, New York, to an American mother and a Italian-American father and raised in Minnesota, D'Elia started producing Dubstep under the name of MoreThanJustTrap around September of 2017, which he later shifted to Hip-Hop/Rap, in late 2017 he had discovered the artist known to the world as Lil Peep, inspired by his sound he began to make Emo rap, and with the new change came a new name, Vex which later became Lil Vex, his history from 2018 - 2020 was filled with trying to find the right sound for his creative identity, of which he struggled heavily early on. His main focus was on YouTube, and he encountered artists such as DEEP$IDE and Punk Racks in his early career. His first major project a 16 track album was called The Vex Tape, which to this day is no longer available on any platform, quickly reaching the end of 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic, he changed his moniker once more, this time having found one that expressed his inspirations and his desire to become his own artist in the scene that heavily influenced his youth. lockharrt is derived as inspired by Cold Hart, a frequent collaborator and friend of Lil Peep.

While lockharrt could never fill Lil Peep's shoes, he could stand out on his own and carve out his own career, inspired by artists such as Lil Peep; Brennan Savage; Nothing,Nowhere; and Three Days Grace, which is only natural that Three Days Grace plays a role in his inspiration due to his location of Minnesota, Three Days Grace originating out of Ontario Canada, the first project under the new name came in the form of an EP - cry for me, I'm lonely, in 2021, followed by his major underground debut, thorns ! and thorns ! (deluxe), in 2022, now following the release of the deluxe version lockharrt wanted to explore more of the sound he had experimented with in the deluxe, which was inspired by MGK's Tickets to My Downfall, he delivered in 2023 with the release of maybe it's just me (pt. 1), in 2024 after slowing down between part 1, and what would eventually be part 2, lockharrt considered stepping away from music entirely, however as fate would have it, or more so his unwillingness to give up, he delivered maybe it's just me (pt. 2) on August 15th, 2025.
