Draft:List of Red Noses


A history of the releases of the classic red noses produced by Comic Relief for Red Nose Day. Red Noses started appearing in 1988 and continued to 1989 before becoming a biyearly holiday. In 2021 however, Comic Relief decided to make Red Nose Day happen every year.[1]

1993 Tomato Nose has a small, green, spinnable stem. The last nose to use the Harry face
1995 My Nose first year to feature 2 noses. the gimmick is they change colour with heat, one turning yellow and one turning pink
1997 Shaggy Nose a clear plastic nose coated in red fur
1999 The Big Red Hooter a glittery nose that squeaks when squeezed. First nose to come sold in a box
2001 Whoopee Nose a squeezable nose with a tongue that flays out when used
2003 The Big Hair-Do features squishy eyes that protrude out of the head when squeezed. also came with hair gel to style the nose's hair
2005 Big Hair and Beyond a partnership with Koosh Balls[2]
2007 The Big One/ The Nose That Grows a sealed foam nose that expands when opened from the compressing packaging. came with a Chocpix of either Doctor Who or Wallace and Gromit
2009 This One, That One and The Other One first year to feature 3 noses. adverts were played parodying other ads, such as the Casbury's eyebrow commercial[3].[4]
2011 Monster Noses a set of 3 noses. A pirate named Captain Conk, a monster with glasses named Chucklechomp and a hairy monster named Honkus
2013 DinoSnores a set of 3 dinosaur inspired Noses. Triceytops, T-Spex and Dinomite. These were the first noses to feature feet
2015 Face the Funny the first large set released in mystery bags. the set featured: Stripey, Astrosnort, Supernose, Snotty Professor, Nosebot, Karate Conk, Snortel, Snorbit and Snout Dracula. A gold variation of each of these noses was made and hidden in the blind bags, who ever won would receive a "Golden Nose Experience"
2017 2017 a set consisting of: Dr. Nose, Nose-it-all, Snuffles, Sniffer, DJ Boogie, Norse Nose, Snootenkhamun, Sneezecake, The Snorcerer and a rare silver Frankinose
2019 2019 final set of foam noses until they were brought back years later. set features: Conk Jester, The Gnose, Wolfnose, The Abominable Snoseman, Schnoz III, Snufflekins, Nosediva, Honkus Ponkus, Hairy Nosetroll and 2 rare noses, Hoppy Hooter as well as a fan made nose, The Transforminos
2021 2021 the first set of noses to use bagasse as a material. the set includes: Caterpillar, Fox, Snail, Robin, Badger, Tommy, Lady B, Daisy, Chief and a rare Golden Tommy
2022 2022 the first year comic relief started to do red nose day every year instead of biyearly. set includes: Lucky, Rocco, Chip, Dot, Dash, Flo, Sky and a rare nose Cam the Chameleon
2023 Jony Ive Nose a nose designed by Jony Ive to reduce waste[5]
2024 2024 the first year to release a collectors box. the box would feature the three common noses available along with an exclusive to the pack. a 24k gold leaf covered nose could also be found outside the collectors pack
2025 The best of the best brought back foam noses and continued the collector packs. this year brought back updated models of a nose from each previous decade, featuring the 1988 nose, the stonker, the other one and triceytops as well as an exclusive cupcake nose to the collector pack and ruby nose, a shiny plain red nose with a 1 in 125 chance to find
2026 Design-Yer Nose a hybrid of the foam and bagasse noses. a foam backing with white bagasse front to draw on customise your own nose. 2026 also partnered with Mr Doodle for the collector box, with 5 unique Mr Doodle prints to find in the boxes, with each one containing 2
