Levi Gabriel (born Levi Gabriel Arce Peña; September 16, 2001, La Paz, Bolivia) is a Bolivian record producer, entrepreneur, and singer-songwriter. He is the founder and owner of Lust Media Interactive Studios, an independent record label incorporated in the United States. He is an Associate Member of the Latin Recording Academy and a Voting Member of the Recording Academy.^[1]

Levi Gabriel Arce Peña was born on September 16, 2001, in La Paz, Bolivia. From the age of 13, he studied theory and guitar at the Conservatorio Plurinacional de Música in Bolivia for approximately four years.^[2] He later enrolled in the Music Business program at Berklee College of Music online, beginning in 2020.

Gabriel began his professional career as a music producer and songwriter, affiliating with Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) as a writer in 2019.^[3] He founded Lust Media Interactive Studios as an independent record label incorporated in Delaware, United States, with the goal of providing global distribution infrastructure to independent artists.

In 2022, his career received coverage from multiple major Bolivian media outlets.^[4][5][6] He was also featured in Billboard Bolivia magazine. He is registered with the International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI) system, one of approximately 75 Bolivian citizens to hold such registration at the time.^[7]

In May 2024, Gabriel was admitted as an Associate Member of the Latin Recording Academy, the organization that presents the Latin Grammy Awards.^[8] His compositional work More About After – Prelude (2021) — composed entirely in musical score notation without the use of a digital audio workstation — was cited as qualifying material for admission.

In 2025, he became a Voting Member of the Recording Academy, the body that presents the Grammy Awards, making him one of a small number of Bolivian music professionals to hold active membership in both organizations simultaneously.^[9]
