LLC Mango Telecom (trading as MANGO OFFICE brand) is a Russian provider of cloud communication services for businesses, a virtual telephony operator, and a SaaS solutions vendor in Russia.

Mango Telecom was founded on the 7th of December 2000 in Moscow, Russia. Initially, it provided VoIP calling cards for B2B and B2C clients (2000–2006).[5]

In 2005, the company shifted its strategy toward virtual telecom services for SMBs[6] and introduced its Mango Office virtual PBX[7][8][9], and in 2006 Mango Telecom began selling virtual phone numbers. In 2014, the company underwent rebranding and adopted the MANGO OFFICE brand[10].

In the summer of 2019, the company launched speech analytics — a system for analyzing the content of phone conversations using artificial intelligence[11]. In October 2020, the company began commercial operation of voice bots based on speech generation and streaming recognition technologies, capable of forming and delivering utterances in response to phrases in a dialogue[12].

In 2021 the number of the MANGO OFFICE users exceeded 500,000.[13]

In 2024, GPT‑based technologies[14] from 3iTech and Yandex SpeechKit[15] were integrated into the Speech Analytics service (which converts conversations into text, classifies them by topic, and links them to call recordings and reports).

Within the Russian UCaaS market, MANGO OFFICE is one of the leaders: the company combines the largest share in CCaaS with leadership in virtual PBX solutions[16] and a developed UCaaS platform that covers a wide range of communications[17].

MANGO OFFICE has many collaborations with other companies of the Russian telecom market, in particular, with T2[18], LANIT Omni[19], Yandex[20][21].

MangoMobile, mobile SIM cards with individual phone numbers and mobile internet, provided on the basis of the operator Miatel[22]

Speech Analytics (Речевая аналитика), a service for automatic recognition and analysis of calls and customer communications; it includes speech‑to‑text transcription, topic tagging, and report generation, and is powered by 3iTech and Yandex SpeechKit STT engines[23]

Ownership and management

In 2024, LLC Mango Telecom became part of the Rostelecom group. In 2020, Calltouch[24] company became a subsidiary company of the LLC Mango Telecom.

Awards

Based on 2024 results, Mango Telecom is included in the CNews ranking of the 100 largest IT companies in Russia (69th place) and was named "Developer of the Year" in business communications systems by the CNews Awards. MANGO OFFICE also topped the 2024 CNews rankings for virtual PBX and IP telephony, as well as for unified communications (UC).
