Siilats began his career in the financial sector in New York City, working in high-frequency trading (HFT) as a founder of software company Bytelogics.

Bolt Mobility

In 2018, Siilats co-founded Bolt Mobility, a personal transportation company.[1] The company, which lists Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt as a co-founder and brand ambassador, operates electric scooters in several US cities. Siilats served as the company's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), overseeing the development of the fleet's hardware and software infrastructure.[2]
