  • Comment: Thank you very much for your detailed and useful comments on the Talk page, in particular describing some of the sources.
    We still have an issue here on notability. Most companies will not get an article in English Wikipedia since the notability requirements are quite stringent. Look in particular at WP:SIRS - which you may have seen already. See also the example of ACME Inc in the box.
    Ideally you want a 500 word profile of the subject by the Wall Street Journal and separately another from the Financial Times, looking into the company. The links so far given are stories about the private jet industry, and the subject's view on this. What we need instead is a look into the subject company, their history, their people, big deals they have made.
    Take for example the skynews.ch article, that's quite short and is more about Albinati Aeronautics - there isn't much insight into Jetron. ChrysGalley (talk) 17:50, 15 October 2025 (UTC)
  • Comment: All the sources cited are routine listings or trivial mentions (I can't access source 2, because it's paywalled and I can't read Czech, but typically two significant secondary sources are needed for WP:NCORP anyway). Coverage of the business that goes into some analysis, etc. of its activities is needed, and the coverage must be independent (not e.g. an interview). WeirdNAnnoyed (talk) 11:44, 25 July 2025 (UTC)

Jetron (Jetron Switzerland SA) is a private aircraft brokerage and asset advisory firm headquartered in Switzerland and based in Central Europe.[1] Operating in the business aviation sector, Jetron's core activity is the worldwide purchase and resale of pre-owned private aircraft.[2] Jetron also advises aircraft owners, lenders and institutions on the resale value of their assets.[3][4] The company's headquarters are in Pully, Switzerland, with an operational hub in Bratislava, Slovakia. Jetron serves clients across Europe and internationally.[5]

History

Jetron was founded in 2021 by Marián Jančařik, a specialist in private aircraft sales.[6][7][8] Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a partner to private aircraft owners, corporations and financial institutions.[9] Its services include transaction facilitation, aircraft valuation, tax and legal consulting, and support for re-registration and operational transitions.[10]

In 2023, Jetron entered a partnership with Swiss company Albinati Aeronautics.[11]

Jetron regularly participates in international trade events such as EBACE,[12] AERO Friedrichshafen, Corporate Jet Investor conferences[13][14], and MEBA. The company contributes to industry discussion on the future of business aviation, focusing on areas such as safety, transparency and sales efficiency.[15]
