Jennifer Reynolds (born 2001) is an Irish visual artist, photographer, curator, and gallery director based in Dublin, Ireland. She is known for her layered photographic compositions that explore themes of memory, spiritual ecology, and the human connection to landscape. Her work is held in the Office of Public Works State Art Collection and in private collections, and she has exhibited internationally.[1][2][3]

Early life and education

Jennifer Reynolds was born in Ireland in 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Photography from the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT) in Dun Laoghaire as part of the Class of 2024.[2][4]

Artistic practice

Reynolds’s photographic work is rooted in layered composite imagery that merges multiple moments and perspectives of landscape to create visual narratives reflecting existential inquiry and spiritual experience in nature. She frequently photographs forests, fields, and skies, exploring the relationship between humanity and place.[1][5]

Exhibitions and residencies

Reynolds’s work has been shown in exhibitions both in Ireland and internationally, including gallery shows in cities such as New York and Barcelona.[2]

In August 2023, she held her debut solo exhibition at DIVA Ireland.[4] In 2024, she participated in an artist residency at Can Serrat in Barcelona from June to July 2024.[6]

Her work was also included in the HALFTONE Print Fair in Dublin, which features a selection of contemporary photography and print artists.[7]

Her work has been featured in The Sunday World ahead of her participation in Art Source at the RDS in Dublin.[3]

In 2024, Reynolds founded and became the director of the Reynolds Art Gallery in Dublin, a space focused on exhibiting contemporary and emerging artists. The gallery’s *Emerging Artist Exhibition* was held from 28 February to 28 March 2025, featuring work by 31 artists.[8]

From 3 October to 2 November 2025, the gallery hosted *Emerging Perspectives*, a group exhibition presenting work by 34 artists across painting, photography, and mixed media.[9]

Reynolds has also organised open calls for emerging artists, offering opportunities to exhibit without commission on sales.[10]
