iPadOS 31 will be the eleventh major release of iPadOS, Apple's operating system for the iPad. It is expected to be announced in June 2030, at the annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). It will be the direct of successor to iPadOS 30 and will most likely be announced alongside iOS 31, macOS 31, watchOS 31, visionOS 31, and tvOS 31.

Supported Devices

iPadOS 31 requires an A17 Pro and M3 chip or later. It drops support for the 11th-generation iPad which has the A16 SoC. It also drops support for the M2 iPad Air, and the 6th-generation iPad Pro which has the M2 SoC.
