Obstacle course racing career

Before transitioning to HYROX, McIntyre established himself as one of the most successful athletes in obstacle course racing (OCR), winning six world championship titles across various events. He competed on CBS's Million Dollar Mile, produced by LeBron James, and won three consecutive times on CMT's reality competition Broken Skull Ranch, hosted by Steve Austin.
