Henry Vann is a British Liberal Democrat politician^[1] and local councillor in Bedford, England. He has served on Bedford Borough Council^[2] since 2011 and is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Mayor of Bedford^[3] in the 2027 election.

Henry Vann was born in 1986 at North Wing Hospital in Bedford, Bedfordshire. He was raised in Bedford and attended local schools before studying at the University of Cambridge.^{[citation needed]}

Vann was first elected to Bedford Borough Council in 2011.^{[citation needed]} Over the years, he has held several key roles within the council, including:
