Hannah Cozette Palmer (born 18 May 1998) is an American model, social media influencer, and entrepreneur.[1]

Early life

Palmer was born on 18 May 1998 in Los Angeles, California, before moving to Prescott, Arizona when she was just two months old.

While Palmer's father's identity is not known, her mother is Amy Palmer. She was raised in a Christian family and continues to practice Christianity. She has noted how her small town upbringing has made her grateful for what she has been able to achieve.[2]

She told Maxim magazine that, growing up, she spent family summer vacations on the water in Lake Powell, Utah and Arizona.[2]

Palmer completed her secondary education at Prescott High School before studying at the University of Arizona in Tuczon. She subsequently studied at the Penrose Academy, a fashion school in Phoenix, Arizona.[3][4]

Career

In 2018, Palmer recalls that a "college babe" social media account took one of her Instagram photos and reposted it without her permission, leading to a significant increase in her social media followers. This, in turn, led to an offer to do a bikini calendar photoshoot from a modelling agency in Arizona, which she accepted.[3]

In 2019, Palmer says she moved to Los Angeles, California, to "progress" her career.[3]

Since then, she has modelled for several brands, including Fashion Nova, Bang Energy, Solid & Striped, Pretty Little Things, Beach Bunny Swimwear, MANSCAPED, and Oh Polly, including walking a runway for the fashion company Revolve for Miami Swim Week in 2023.[4] At the same time, Palmer began to explore social media content alongside traditional modelling.[3]

As of 2025, Palmer claimed to have generated US$5 million in her first two years on the content subscription service OnlyFans.[1] She has spoken out about the dark side of the platform, including receiving pictures of the interior of her house and "violent and sexual" threats.[3] Reflecting on her first stalking incident, she told Newsweek, "I felt very uncomfortable, extremely violated and shocked."[3]

As of May 2026, Palmer has over two million followers on Instagram and 575,000 on TikTok.[5]

Palmer was featured in the Spring 2026 issue of Maxim magazine.[2] During the Maxim interview, she revealed that she will be acting in a film in 2026. She also noted that she finds it "more fun to model swimwear".

Personal life

Palmer is currently based in Los Angeles, California. She is friends with the British singer-songwriter Rita Sahatçiu Ora.[6]

In 2025, it was reported that Palmer was dating the English comedian and actor Sacha Baron Cohen, although Cohen later denied any relationship.[7] Palmer and Cohen reportedly met at New Zealand film director Taika Waititi’s birthday party in Ibiza, in August 2025.[6] According to Page Six, Palmer's OnlyFans account appeared to have been deleted at the time news broke of the pair's interactions.[8]

In April 2026, Palmer was ranked on a list of the "hottest celebrities in bed" by British magazine, OK!. The list also included American model Ashley Graham, media personality Kylie Jenner, British model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and actresses Cindy Crawford, Emily Ratajkowski, and Halle Berry.[9] She was also featured on a fan-voted list of the top 100 OnlyFans models in 2026, coming in at number 26.[10]

In posts to social media, Palmer has indicated that she is "not a big vodka drinker".[11] She told Maxim that she is enjoys travelling, especially when she can be outdoors in nature. Her favourite location was Kaua'i, Hawaii, due the "secret beaches".

Palmer enjoys sports, especially wake surfing. Due to her upbringing, she says that she has a "soft spot" for the desert. "I find a lot of peace when I’m there, and that’s the kind of energy I try to bring to my work."[2]
