Gregory Miles Standish Butcher OBE is a British entrepreneur and property developer based in Gibraltar. He is the founder of the cosmetics brand Montagne Jeunesse (trading as 7th Heaven) and chairman of the Fairhomes Group, the developer behind the Ocean Village resort and marina complex in Gibraltar. [1]

He studied economics at Kingston-upon-Thames University (now Kingston University London), founding Montagne Jeunesse in 1985 while still a student. The company, headquartered at Baglan Energy Park, South Wales, manufactures vegetarian and cruelty-free cosmetic products approved by the Vegetarian Society and Cruelty Free International, and distributes to over 90 countries. He is chairman of the Fairhomes Group, which has developed Ocean Village — including its five residential towers, marina, and the World Trade Center Gibraltar, completed in 2017 — and is described by the Olive Press as Gibraltar's wealthiest resident. [3][1]

In 2022, he was appointed an OBE for services to the economy and charitable work in Gibraltar. [4][2]

He received his insignia at an investiture at Windsor Castle.
