The Good Hart General Store is an authentic general store, located in Good Hart (Emmet County), Michigan. It has been continually operated since opening in 1935. Clifford Powers built the store and operated it (also as U.S. Post Master) until he sold to current owner Carolyn Sutherland in 1971. The store is open year-round and is located along Michigan's Tunnel of Trees (M-119). The store is a notable historic property and one of few original American general stores of the 1930's and 1940's still in operation across the country.
