International recognition
In 2026, the musical work and harmonic technique of Gito Sales became the subject of an academic study at Osaka University, Japan. The research, titled "The Quadrilateral of Harmony" (O Quadrilátero da Harmonia), was conducted by Professor Yusuke Wajima.
