Draft:Edward Higbee

Edward Higbee (January 1, 1847 – February 16, 1929)[1] was an American lawyer who served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri from 1921 to 1922.[2]

Born in Ashland, Ohio, he moved with his family to Iowa.

He was appointed from Adair County, Missouri.

He was elected to fill out the remainder of the term of Charles B. Faris, who had left the court for a federal judicial appointment.[3]
