The Dine Government was one of the final governments of the Kingdom of Albania during World War II. It was in office from 18 July to 28 August 1944 and was headed by Fiqiri Dine.
Formed under the authority of the High Council of Regency, the government operated during the collapse of Axis control in Albania and the rapid territorial expansion of communist-led partisan forces. Its authority was limited, as much of the country was already under the control of the National Liberation Movement.
The cabinet attempted to preserve administrative continuity and state institutions during a period of extreme political instability. However, the deteriorating military situation and the retreat of German forces rendered the government largely ineffective.
The Dine Government resigned on 28 August 1944 and was succeeded by the Ibrahim Biçakçiu Government, which would be among the last regency-appointed governments before the communist takeover later that year.

Historical context
By mid-1944, Albania was experiencing the final phase of World War II, with German forces withdrawing and partisan units gaining effective control over most of the territory. Regency governments during this period had little real authority and functioned primarily in areas still under Axis influence.
Following the liberation of Albania in November 1944, the monarchy and regency system were abolished, and the Democratic Government of Albania was established under communist leadership.
