Draft:Designing Hope

Dessine l'Espoir, or in English, Designing Hope, is a French NGO created April 27th of 2003, in Paris. The association has focused its actions on HIV prevention artists' mobilization, social inclusion and nutrition across the years. Its programs are driven in countries in Africa, even though they have ultimately been concentrated in Austral Africa, its main area of activity. Designing Hope has therefore aimed at developing North-South relationships, guiding forces from France towards countries like Lesotho, Burkina Faso, or South Africa.

Apart from developing North-South relationships, Designing Hope has built a list of ambitious objectives to help communities in Africa, including:

- Raising funds for vulnerable people in Austral Africa.

- Developing initiatives to fight against discrimination, exclusion, and using art as meaning of prevention.

- Raising awareness about healthy nutrition and providing access to healthy food.

- Promoting agricultural techniques.

These goals are being reached thanks to the various programs driven by Designing Hope, described later in this article.
