Deep Rawat is a business executive, management consultant, and professional trainer based in Asia. He is the founder and chief executive officer of NXT AIS, Inc. and a senior executive within the SAS Group of Companies, a group engaged in professional training, consulting, and digital enablement services in Southeast Asia.

Between 2012 and 2024, Rawat founded several organizations operating under the SAS Group of Companies.^[1], including SAS Management, Inc., Spartan Business Consulting and Training Services, SAS Global Academy, and Spartan Systems. These organizations provide professional training, consulting, and systems implementation services.

Rawat also serves as a vice-president and advisor to the boards of SAS Group and NXT-SAS Global Pty Ltd, a Singapore-based affiliate.

During the early years of SAS Management, Inc., the company conducted free professional training programs for the City of Mandaluyong as part of its community engagement initiatives. This activity was reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer^[2] in 2015.
