Dayos is a Singapore-based enterprise software company that develops an agentic artificial intelligence platform for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) systems. Its flagship product, Hero, is designed to automate back-office workflows across platforms including Oracle, Workday, and SAP.[1]
History
Dayos was founded in 2023 by Brad McElhannon, formerly a senior principal consultant at Oracle and an engineering manager at Robinhood Markets. The company is co-headquartered in Singapore and San Francisco.[2]
Product
According to the company, the Hero platform is designed to perform the operational and support work traditionally delivered by application managed services (AMS) teams for Oracle, Workday, and SAP environments. AI agents execute tasks — including system configuration, reporting, and incident resolution — directly within those enterprise systems rather than through external workflow tools.[3]
Recognition
In May 2026, Dayos was named in the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI, version 1.5, as one of several case studies illustrating responsible deployment of AI agents in enterprise environments.[4] The case study describes a tiered approach to agent autonomy in IT service management, with low-risk reversible actions automated subject to periodic audit, moderate-risk actions requiring human approval before execution, and higher-risk actions such as permission changes withheld from the agent.[5]
Design recognition
In May 2025, the Dayos website was named Awwwards Site of the Day, with a jury score of 7.36 out of 10.[6]
