CHORD Real Estate was founded in 2016 by Steve and Ashley Luther with partner Van Hohe. The brokerage established offices on Nashville’s Music Row.
In March 2020, following tornadoes in Middle Tennessee, the company’s Music Row office was used as a temporary location for fundraising merchandise supporting local relief efforts, as reported by The Tennessean.[1]

The brokerage represents residential buyers and sellers in Davidson County and surrounding Middle Tennessee counties. It operates as an independently owned firm.
