Draft:Borg Vodka

Borg Vodka is a Swedish vodka brand produced and bottled in Sweden. The brand was launched commercially in the early 2020s and is distributed within the Swedish spirits market.[citation needed]

History

According to the producer, the name Borg is derived from a family name dating back to the late 19th century, when it was assigned by the Swedish Army. The brand presents this background as part of its historical identity.

Borg Vodka was later developed as a commercial vodka product using ingredients sourced in Sweden and was introduced to the market in the early 2020s.

Production

Borg Vodka is produced using locally grown spring wheat and spring water sourced in Sweden. According to the producer, the water source is located in mountainous regions and is also used as part of the facility’s energy supply.

The vodka is distilled using a traditional vodka production process. Descriptions of the flavor profile are provided by the producer.

The same year, the brand received two Gold Medals at the Global Vodka Masters competition, as reported by The Spirits Business.[2][3]
