Animation Festival network (AFN) connects five leading animation film festivals from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).[1]
Founded in 2020, the network's main focus is to connect CEE film festivals that focus exclusively on animated film. The network provides mutual promotion between the members and shares experiences between the organizers.[1] The Keep Festive initiative was created within the network to offer tools that help festivals be a safe space for everyone. It provides a clear Code of Conduct, a reporting form, and short informational animations that are shown before the screenings.[2]
