Draft:Albert Hadi

[1]

Albert Hadi is American (born September 15, 1969, in Babel, Iraq) is a researcher and counterterrorism specialist with more than three decades of firsthand experience in war zones. His work is shaped by direct exposure to the realities of modern conflict, with a focus on terrorism, propaganda, and ideological warfare.

He has worked with U.S. government institutions, including servi[2]ng as a Press Officer with the U.S. Department of State in Iraq. As Editor-in-Chief of A Word of Truth, he led counter-propaganda efforts during the height of ISIS influence, directly challenging narratives promoted by Dabiq and similar extremist platforms.

What defines Hadi’s writing is its unflinching honesty. He rejects the sanitized language of modern political theory and the tendency to abstract the nature of extremism. Instead, he identifies terrorists for what they are: criminals and opportunists who weaponize faith, nationalism, and humanitarian causes to justify their actions. By dismantling the romanticized myth of the "freedom fighter," he exposes the calculated architecture terrorist groups use to manufacture legitimacy in the shadows of the Middle East and Africa.

He is the author of eight books in English and Arabic, including the Amazon #1 bestseller Shadow Soldiers: Iran’s Global Proxy Strategy. His writing offers a clear and direct perspective on radicalization, propaganda, and global security, helping readers understand how modern conflict evolves beyond what is often presented in headlines.
