Addverb Technologies Limited is an Indian robotics and automation company.[1] Headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, it provides automated storage and retrieval systems, autonomous mobile robots, pick to light systems and software for warehouse management and execution[2]. As of 2025, Addverb operates on four continents, with offices in India, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.[3][4][5][6][4]

History

The company was incorporated in 2016 in Noida. Its robot manufacturing facility based in Noida is one of the largest in the world in terms of capacity.[7][8][9]

In 2021, Reliance Retail acquired 54% stake in Addverb for $132 million.[10][11]
