4THBIN is an American information technology asset disposition (ITAD), data destruction, and electronics recycling company founded in 2009 and based in Holbrook, New York.
History
4THBIN was established in 2009 in New York City as an international design competition focused on improving electronic waste collection systems and public awareness surrounding electronic waste disposal.[1][2][3]

The design competition was supported in part by Valiant Technology and was promoted through organizations and publications including Core77, Metropolis Magazine and The Architect's Newspaper. 4THBIN later evolved into an independent electronics recycling and information technology asset disposition (ITAD) company.
According to the Basel Action Network, 4THBIN was the first New York City–based electronics recycler to receive e-Stewards certification.

In 2023, 4THBIN merged with EcoTech Management Inc. and continued operating under the 4THBIN brand.[4]
