Acsinte Gaspar (19 November 1937 – 3 June 2025) was a Romanian judge and politician. A member of the Social Democratic Party, he served in the Chamber of Deputies from 1996 to 2004[1] and was a judge of the Constitutional Court from 2004 to 2013.[2]

Gaspar died on 3 June 2025, at the age of 87.[3]
