Το Very 'eavy...Very 'umble είναι ο πρώτος δίσκος του βρετανικού ροκ συγκροτήματος Uriah Heep, ο οποίος κυκλοφόρησε τον Ιούνιο του 1970 μέσω της δισκογραφικής εταιρείας "Vertigo". Οι κριτικές, την εποχή της κυκλοφορίας του δίσκου, ήταν πολύ μέτριες, αλλά οι οπαδοί του συγκροτήματος θεωρούν το "Very 'eavy...Very 'umble" έναν από τους σημαντικότερους δίσκους των Uriah Heep.
Στην αμερικανική έκδοση του δίσκου, υπάρχει το τραγούδι "Bird of Prey" στη θέση του "Lucy Blues".
Ο δίσκος επανεκδόθηκε την επόμενη χρονιά από την εταιρεία "Bronze Records", η οποία ανέλαβε το συγκρότημα μετά τα πρώτα τους δύο άλμπουμ.
