Το Torchlight είναι βιντεοπαιχνίδι δράσης ρόλων που δημιουργήθηκε από την αμερικανική εταιρεία Runic Games και εκδόθηκε από την Perfect World Entertainment και την Encore, Inc. για τα Windows τον Οκτώβριο του 2009.[1] Η fantasy θεματολογία του παιχνιδιού λαμβάνει χώρα στην φανταστική πόλη Torchlight και στα εκτεταμένα σπήλαια και τα μπουντρούμια γύρω από αυτήν, τα οποία εξερευνούν τυχοδιώκτες για να μαζέψουν πολύτιμα λάφυρα πολεμώντας ορδές τεράτων.

Η δημιουργία του παιχνιδιού έγινε με την επιμέλεια του Travis Baldree, σχεδιαστή του παιχνιδιού Fate και των Max Schaefer και Erich Schaefer, συσχεδιαστών των παιχνιδιών Diablo και Diablo II, ενώ συμμετείχε και η ομάδα που δημιούργησε το διαδικτυακό παιχνίδι Mythos.[2]
