Ο NGC 3305 είναι ελλειπτικός γαλαξίας ο οποίος απέχει περίπου 190 εκατομμύρια έτη φωτός[2] και βρίσκεται στον αστερισμό Ύδρα.[3] Ανακαλύφθηκε από τον αστρονόμο Τζον Χέρσελ στις 24 Μαρτίου 1835[4][5] και ανήκει στο Σμήνος γαλαξιών της Ύδρας.[6]
