Cracked Brain είναι ο τίτλος του τέταρτου στούντιο άλμπουμ του γερμανικού thrash metal συγκροτήματος Destruction, το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε τον Ιούνιο του 1990 μέσω της δισκογραφικής εταιρείας "Noise Records".[1]
Αυτός ήταν ο πρώτος δίσκος του συγκροτήματος χωρίς τον Μάρσελ Σίρμερ στα φωνητικά, ξεκινώντας μία εποχή η οποία διήρκεσε σε όλη την δεκαετία του '90 και το σχήμα χαρακτηρίστηκε ως Neo-Destruction.
Η ηχογράφηση του άλμπουμ πραγματοποιήθηκε στα "Union Studios" του Μονάχου και τα "Sky Track" του Βερολίνου με παραγωγό τον Γκάι Μπίντμιντ.[2]
Οι κριτικές για τον δίσκο υπήρξαν ανάμεικτες, με το "AllMusic" να το βαθμολογεί με δύο αστέρια με άριστα τα πέντε, το "Metal Storm" με 7,5 / 10 και το "Metal Archives" με 86 %.
