Tim Lombard
Timothy „Tim“ Lombard (* 17. Februar 1976 im County Cork) ist ein irischer Politiker der Fine Gael. Von 2016 bis 2025 war er Mitglied des Seanad Éireann, des Oberhauses des irischen Parlaments (Oireachtas).
Leben
Lombard studierte am University College Cork. Er war von 2003 bis 2016 Mitglied des Cork County Council und dortiger Ratsvorsitzender von 2011 bis 2012. 2016 wurde er über die Landwirtschaftsliste in den Seanad Éireann gewählt und verteidigte 2020 seinen Sitz. Bei den Wahlen zum Dáil Éireann 2020 und 2024 trat er im Wahlkreis Cork South-West an, verfehlte jedoch die notwendigen Stimmen, um in den Dáil einzuziehen. 2025 verlor er seinen Sitz im Seanad.[1]
Lombard hat mit seiner Frau Catherine, die er 2003 heiratete, vier Kinder.
