Tiddey
Tiddey (* 1979 in Posen; bürgerlich Darek Plaza) ist ein polnischer DJ und Musikproduzent. Er erlangte internationale Bekanntheit als erster polnischer Künstler, der in die Liste der DJ Mag Top 100 DJs aufgenommen wurde. Er war dort dreimal vertreten: Platz 81 (2008), Platz 84 (2013) und Platz 76 (2014).[1]
Karriere
Seine Karriere begann im Jahr 2002. Tiddey trat auf den größten europäischen Festivals für elektronische Tanzmusik auf, darunter Sunrise Festival, Nature One, Creamfields und A State of Trance. Im Jahr 2006 trat er bei der Trance Energy in den Niederlanden auf.
In einem Interview mit dem polnischen Nachrichtenportal naTemat.pl wurde er als wichtigster Vertreter der polnischen Trance-Szene gewürdigt.[2] Seine Produktionen wurden von Größen wie Armin van Buuren unterstützt. Sein Debütalbum Life Goes On... erschien 2008 bei Sony Music.
Seit 2017 betreibt er sein eigenes Label, Tranceffect Records.
