Seth Numrich
Seth Numrich (* 19. Januar 1987 in Minneapolis, Minnesota) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler in Theater, Film und Fernsehen.[1] Internationale Bekanntheit erlangte er durch seine Rolle des Benjamin Tallmadge in der AMC-Historien-Serie Turn: Washington’s Spies.[2]
Leben und Karriere
Seth Numrich wurde 1987 in Minneapolis im Bundesstaat Minnesota geboren. Seine Schauspiel-Ausbildung erhielt er an der renommierten Juilliard School in New York City. Numrich spielte nach seinem Auftritt in der Produktion Switzerland an der Seite von Laura Linney im Jahr 2015 wieder am Geffen Playhouse. Zu Numrichs Theaterstücken am Broadway zählen: The Merchant of Venice, War Horse, Golden Boy,Travesties oder Leopoldstadt.
Sein Kinofilmdebüt gab er im Jahr 2011 in Alan Browns Drama Gefreiter Romeo frei nach Motiven von William Shakespeare mit Hale Appleman, Charlie Barnett und Adam Barrie.
Auftritte im Fernsehen hatte er unter anderem in namhaften Serien wie: Good Wife, Homeland, Madam Secretary, The Blacklist oder in der Miniserie Mord im Auftrag Gottes. Eine der männlichen Hauptrollen spielte er zwischen 2014 und 2017 in der Serie Turn: Washington’s Spies in 40 Episoden als Charakter Benjamin Tallmadge.
