Lage

Senija liegt etwa 70 Kilometer nordöstlich von Alicante und etwa 65 Kilometer südsüdöstlich von Valencia in einer Höhe von 235 m nahe der Mittelmeerküste. Die Autopista AP-7 führt am Ostrand der Gemeinde entlang.
